One GOAL sounds like a cute acronym, however it is a mission statement, high performance blueprint and daily success plan all in one. The word "One" is reflective of both performance excellence and simplicity of process. Many programs that have been built to drive performance excellence and leadership development, end up being confusing at different structural leadership levels, difficult to consistently execute or bogged down in multiple contingency plans to account for failed execution. The beauty of our program is that it requires only two areas of focus to be successful
1. Responsibility - Consistent daily execution of the steps/tasks associated with the program pillars.
2.Accountability - Consistent feedback for both successful and unsuccessful completion of tasks at each level AND consistent on-the-spot recognition.
